Pair of Lallemant ceramics

Pair of Lallemant ceramics, made by Robert Lalleman (1902-1954). Signed TLALLEMANTR MADE IN FRANCE.

The signature bears the letter L and R, for his father Theophile Lalleman Died in 1928, who bought the factory from him in 1926. In 1926, his father, Théophile Lallemant, bought him a small “distressed” ceramic factory in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris at 5 passage d’Orléans. He directed the factory until 1928 (date of his death). His son was the one who was dedicated to creating ceramics.
